Global Semiconductor Group (GSG) was established in early 2021 as a global leading investment firm focused on the semiconductor space. Led by Silicon Valley based industry veterans and international finance experts, GSG applies proven strategic growth strategies to help companies achieve unicorn status. All companies to be established and/or acquired will grow significantly, represent best-in-class in their domain, and create highly attractive returns for investors.

What we Do
The GSG Approach
The GSG approach differentiates GSG from most other investors in the private equity or venture capital space.
Next to our unique approach, GSG thinks out of the box. If a transaction is attractive, makes sense, and benefits both the company as well as the investor, there is nothing that can stop us from acting!
Why?
- The conventional PE/ VC approach is wide and diverse and does not always offer sufficient support to the companies they invest in
- PEs/ VCs often have limited industry connections
- PEs/ VCs have a wide net, which doesn’t always offer a deal flow
- PEs/ VCs own operational involvement in the companies (management wise) is low

- GSG will be operationally active in thoroughly selected semiconductor sub-sectors and well-identified regions that are characterized by strong demand, offer stable and long-term growth prospects as well as high margins
